Camp Info

Snowboard Addiction is not currently scheduling camps for the 2009/2010 winter season because the 2010 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games are being held in Whistler. However, 3 have the following 3 options available to you:
  • Private Coaching
  • Private Camps
  • Possible Camps

Private Coaching

SnowboardAddiction.com Head Coach, Nev Lapwood can be hired through the Whistler Blackcomb Ski & Snowboard School to coach privately. Private Coaching can be a very expensive way of going through your snowboard education, however, it is by far the most effective. Nev will dramatically improve your freestyle and/or freeriding. He’s coached many snowboarders who have turned professional.

To hire Nev privately through the Whistler Blackcomb Ski & Snowboard school the cost is:

$625 / day (+5% GST)

This price stays the same no matter how many people are in your group. For example, a group of 4 friends would mean that the $625 / day rate, becomes $156.25 / day each.

Private Camps

This season we are offering Private Snowboard Camps for you and your friends. Get yourself and a few friends friends together, and we’ll organize the best week of your life with coaching from Nev Lapwood & a selection of hand-picked professional snowboard coaches.

Private Camps include:
  • Airport transfers from Vancouver international airport
  • 7 nights accomadtion
  • 24/7 supervision for teenagers/kids
  • 6 days of lift tickets
  • 6 days of the worlds best coaching
  • You and a Friend (or spouse) - USD $3999 per person
  • You and 2 Friends - USD $2999 per person
  • You and 3 Friends - USD $2199 per person
  • You and 4 Friends - USD $1999 per person
This camp is the ultimate week in Whistler and we cover all your expenses other than restaurant & on-mountain meals (& drinks at the bar - if your an adult!).

Possible Camps

If Private Coaching is too expensive, and your don’t have enough friends to organise a Private Camp with us, then do not hessiate to contact us anyway.

Send us the dates you would like to participate during and we will see if we can find 3/4 other people in the same situation and put a special camp together.
